THE VIBE Welcome to our mountain retreat, where each room is designed to feel like a warm hug! Inspired by the beauty of nature and a touch of whimsy, every detail has been carefully selected to bring comfort and joy to your stay. THE SPACE The open living, kitchen, and dining areas are great for spending time with loved ones. Sink into the cozy sectional and take in a warm fire. There are two bedrooms (1 king and 1 queen) and two full bathrooms. The bunkroom, just off of the queen bedroom, has a dedicated workspace and is ideal for those who need to get work done during their stay. The high WIFI speed of 101 Mbs is also a great perk for those who need to stay connected during their vacation. AMENITIES We’ve stocked the cabin with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap for your convenience. From extra towels to dish soap and coffee essentials, everything is thoughtfully provided so you can relax and unwind with ease. HIKING For hiking enthusiasts, we are located less than a mile from the famous Benton MacKaye Trail. PLEASE NOTE The cabin is perfect for 4 adults or a small family. The cabin is equipped with an exterior camera. The camera is ONLY on the exterior, and there are no cameras on the inside. Parking is available for 2 cars. The indoor fireplace is operational October - April. CABIN RULES Please read all rules prior to booking. This cabin is strictly pet-free due to allergies. Located in the charming neighborhood of Cherry Log Mountain. Filled with ponds and hiking & conveniently located between Blue Ridge and Ellijay. Some of our favorites are: 7 miles to Blue Ridge Scenic Railway 9.7 miles to Mercier Orchard 6 miles to Blue Ridge Adventure Park 8 miles to Ellijay River Vineyards 6.5 miles to Grumpy Old Men Brewing 10.9 miles to Lake Blue Ridge day use recreation area 11 miles to Lake Blue Ridge Dam (best spot to watch the sunrise over the lake) 32 miles to Amicalola Falls 13 Miles to Roo Mountain Vineyards Wildlife Note: Just a reminder that you are surrounded by mountain wildlife, which includes bears, bugs, poisonous snakes, etc. We encourage you to watch where you step. Always be sure to keep outside trash locked up and food out of your car! Keep cabin doors closed if you want to keep outside critters, well, out.
Guest Access
You'll have complete access to Ridgecrest Cabin and all it offers. Approximately 24 hours before arrival, you'll receive check-in instructions with a unique door code.

Our cabin is about 10 to 15 minutes from the entrance of the neighborhood. The roads to the cabin are paved, but can be narrow and winding. However, you do not need 4WD to access our cabin. There is parking for 2 vehicles once arrive.
