Accessibility and Availability

Neighborhood

📍To reach Lake Paradise, turn onto Collins Hollow Road from Morganton Hwy. Once you reach the fork, veer to the left. You'll find yourself on a private single-lane road, which includes crossing a shallow water runoff—no deeper than a puddle. This private drive is shared, and you may encounter some deep gravel potholes. While all-wheel drive vehicle is not required, a high clearance vehicle is highly advised. It’s advisable to drive slowly and with caution to navigate the terrain comfortably.

Guest Access

Guests have full access to the cabin, except for the owner's closet on the third floor. Feel free to enjoy the grilling area next to the carport, equipped with a propane grill, cooler, and folding lawn chairs. You are welcome to use the private dock, which can be accessed via the shared driveway. Please note, lake access is at your own risk. Parking is available under the carport. Please park with care.

Our family desired a tranquil getaway with access to a lake, where children could engage in kayaking and paddleboarding in a secluded cove. This property aligns perfectly with our requirements. Given the substantial workload we had accumulated, we opted to spend much of our time indoors, enjoying the pleasant view from the house. The narrow road and steep driveway leading to the property presented no challenges, as we drove a higher SUV. The landscaping is extensive and provides ample parking space in the vicinity of the house.

This home is beautiful. Everything in the home has been well thought out. Everything you need to cook meals. The decor is amazing nice and cozy. All stores, restaurants are 15 min away very close and convenient. The lake access and boat rental is 6-8 min away. The neighbors were friendly. A few minor things to take into account. The master bathroom is very very cold when air is on. Also if numerous of people try to shower at the same time the hot water is not sufficient if back to back. There is no lake access directly from the backyard it’s separated by a small street so you’ll need to jump off a hill if going from backyard or walk around down semi steep driveway and rocks. Wish the home had a full length body mirror. But all in all I would highly recommend.

Absolutely stunning! It's exactly as shown and more. We were welcomed with all the fixin's to make s'mores, plenty of kpods of various types, fully-stocked kitchen, comfy beds, and stunning views. We enjoyed fishing on the private dock, hiked to nearby waterfalls, met local folks who told stories of the area, enjoyed those s'mores over the fire pit, and watched a couple of movies on the big-a** TV. Bradley & Monica responded instantly to every question. We would enjoy returning. Thank you for a lovely vacation!

Our first trip to the mountains of northern Georgia was absolutely beautiful—such a peaceful and scenic escape! The Airbnb itself was wonderful: thoughtfully furnished, tastefully decorated, and incredibly cozy. We especially enjoyed gathering around the fire pit in the evenings, which made our stay even more memorable. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to relax and enjoy nature! A lot of great hikes in the area. Good restaurants in town; we particularly enjoyed Ferraro’s
