Other Details to Note

🏞️Lake Blue Ridge levels are managed by the TVA and may change without notice due to weather or power needs. Water levels begin to increase in May and decrease starting in late July. Currently water is away from the dock. 🦟 Outdoor pest service occurs on the 2nd Tuesday of each month between 8:30–10:00 AM. However, guests may still find ladybugs in the cabin, which are common in mountain settings; they are harmless. 🛡️ A Ring camera faces the driveway for security; no cameras are inside. 🌿 Lawn mowing happens twice a month, but exact dates vary based on the service provider’s schedule. 🚙 The cabin is located off a shared driveway. There are a few large potholes along the way, but they can be avoided with careful driving. We recommend using caution when entering and exiting.

The house was extremely clean and just as pictured. There was plenty of room for us to spread out. It was very cold while we were there so we definitely enjoyed the fire pit! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to return!

We spent our honeymoon at this cabin and it was everything we hoped for in a private mountain getaway. It’s beautifully decorated, very comfortable, and incredibly well equipped—the kitchen had absolutely everything we needed, and we loved cooking for ourselves throughout our stay. At the hosts’ recommendation we had an excellent dinner at Grace Prime Steakhouse, which was lovely. The lake was receded in winter but still peaceful and beautiful to explore. Roasting marshmallows in the fire pit was a highlight and exceeded our expectations. The instructions were clear, the home spotless, and the hosts thoughtful throughout. Although the cabin can sleep more, it felt perfectly cosy for just the two of us. We’d happily recommend it to friends and family locally and to international guests like us. We’d love to return.

The location was also convenient, making it easy to access local restaurants while maintaining a sense of seclusion. Overall, it was an accommodating and enjoyable experience."

We had a peaceful girls weekend at the cabin. The home was beautiful, clean, and so well stocked. The views of the changing leaves was the perfect cherry on top to our long weekend getaway. It was perfectly cozy. We can’t wait to come back! Excellent hosts! 10 out of 10!

This cabin is a peaceful place away from all the noise, but still close to town. It had a nice little fire pit area and cabin was well maintained. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come again in the future.

We had a wonderful stay. The cabin is as beautiful as the pictures. Perfect location with a view of the mountains. Quick drive to nearby attractions. 6 ponds farm and Bigfoot biscuit were favorites.
